History"I will make them bleed... no matter the cost."Though born in Bukyo, the capital city of Hingashi, Ryoko spent most of her life in a small village with her expansive family some days travel from the city proper.Her family and clan were the keepers of a nameless yōtō ("wicked katana"), a cursed sword with a dark history writ in vengeance and blood. Though its legacy was largely considered hearsay and myth, Ryoko's family knew its truth: it housed the myriad souls of its previous owners, each having given their lives and cause to its purpose.Revenge.When the village was burned to the ground and its occupants slaughtered by a group searching for the blade, Ryoko broke the seals on the weapon and vowed to kill every person responsible. In doing so, she sealed her fate.Inexorably tied to the weapon, she is now on a bloody mission of revenge. Shaped either as a huge club or a cursed katana, Ryoko now stalks the world at large with the weapon, her hateful gaze turned ever towards the trail of those she hunts.Every time she drinks of its power, her life shortens.But there is no cost too high for her vengeance.
